الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة أحد مخطوطات الشيخ عبد القادر بن مصطفى بن قارا مصطفى المسمى "نيل الأمان في شرح عقد الجُمان لنظم فتح الرّحمن للشيخ عبد القادر بن مصطفى ابن قرا مصطفى"، والذي هو في الأصل شرح لتأليف الشيخ شعيب بن علي الجليلي التلمساني على فتح الرحمن وهو شرح لأصل " عقد الجمان النفيس في تراجم علماء غريس" لمؤلفه سيدي عبد الرحمن، ويعد هذا من أهم الشروحات الأدبية والتاريخية التي وصلت إلينا ومازالت مخطوطة تحتاج إلى دراستها وتحقيقها. إنّ مخطوط "نيل الأمان في شرح عقد الجُمان.." للشيخ مصطفى بن قارا مصطفى يعد مصدرا ومصنفا تاريخيا مهما يهتم بالأنساب، وتبعا لمكانة هؤلاء الأشراف في مجتمع المغرب الأوسط، وتنامي أدوارهم على المستويين الاجتماعي والسياسي، فقد كان من البديهي أن تتعدد الكتابات حولهم، وهي عادة ما كانت تتناول أهمية علم النسب، وفضائل أهل البيت الشريف، ثم ضبط أنساب الشرفاء، ورصد فرقهم، وأماكن استقرارهم، ونبذ من أخبارهم، وهو فعلا ما نلمسه في مخطوطنا هذا، من خلال تطرقه إلى ذكر نسب ومكانة وجلال قدر ثلة من هؤلاء الأشراف. This study deals with one of the manuscripts of Sheikh Abd al-Qadir bin Mustafa bin Qara Mustafa, called “Nayl al-Amān fī sharḥ ʻaqd aljumān li-nuẓum Fatḥ alrrḥmn lil-Shaykh ʻAbd al-Qādir ibn Muṣṭafá Ibn Qarā Muṣṭafá”, which is originally an explanation of the composition of Sheikh Shuaib bin Ali al-Jalili al-Talmisani on Fath al-Rahman, which is An explanation of the origin of the precious ʻAqd al-jumān al-Nafīs fī tarājim ʻulamāʼ ghrys" Scholars by its author, Sidi Abdel Rahman. This is one of the most important literary and historical explanations that have reached us and is still a manuscript that needs to be studied and verified. The manuscript "Nail Al-Aman fi Sharh Aqd Al-Juman..." by Sheikh Mustafa bin Qara Mustafa is considered an important historical source and compiler concerned with genealogy. It usually dealt with the importance of genealogy, the virtues of the people of the honorable house, then controlling the genealogy of the honorable, monitoring their teams, their places of residence, and rejecting their news, and this is what we really feel in this manuscript of ours, by addressing the mention of the lineage, status and majesty of a group of these nobles.
