الملخص
الملخص: يعد سلوك المواطن تجاه العملية السياسية في الجزائر من الاهمية بما كان،باعتباره احد اهم الادوات الاساسية، في رسم السياسة العامة للدولة، في اطار الواجبات المنوطة بالمواطن والاهداف التي يسعى هذا الأخير لتحقيقها، الا انه ثمة متغيرات اجتماعية وطبيعة الإطار السياسي تؤثر في طبيعة هذا السلوك والتي تجعل المواطن يساهم في العملية السياسية، عن طريق الدور المنوط به، أو السلبية تجاه العمليات والانشطة التي يشهدها المجتمع، فكلما توفرت الحاجة لتحقيق الاهداف كلما كانت مشاركة المواطن كبيرة والعكس. Abstract : The citizen's attitude towards the process of the political process in algeria of great significance as it was, as one of the most basic tools, the general policy of the state, as part of the duties assigned to the citizen and the goals that the latter seeks to achieve, that there was a social variables and the nature of the political framework affecting the nature of this behavior, which make citizen contributes to the political process, through the role assigned to it, or negative toward the operations and activities taking place in society, the more available the need to achieve the goals the more significant citizen participation.
