أثر تدريس مقاصد الشريعة في ترسيخ الوسطية

الملخص
إنّ مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية هي الروح السارية في النصوص القرآنية والنبوية، تمد بالمعاني والحكم الراشدة والصائبة في ساحة الحياة المتجددة والمتقلبة، وترسم الأمارات التي يُهتدى بها إلى الغايات المستقيمة والأهداف النافعة والمصالح الراجحة، وتُجلّي للمجتهد المعالم العامة وحدود الاجتهاد ومحل الصواب الغالب والنظر الراجح، وتكشف له مظان المصالح الغالبة، وتفتح آفاقًا واسعةً للتفاعل المنضبط مع النوازل والمستجدات، فتعالجها، وتقدم لها الأجوبة المتسقة مع أصول التشريع وقواعده العامة، وتُبيّن الحكم والغايات من الأحكام للمتسائلين عنها. وتدريس مقاصد الشريعة له أثر كبير على الدارسين في تفهم معاني الشريعة وأحكامها، واستكشاف حكمها وغاياتها، والتفطن إلى مصالحها ومنافعها، والتيقّن بانتظامها واستقامتها ووسطيتها وصلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان. The purposes of Islamic law are the spirit applicable in Koranic and prophetic texts in the arena of renewable and volatile life, It draws the emirates that guide straight goals, useful goals and best interests and demonstrate to diligence the general features, the limits of diligence, the place of predominant correctness and the prevailing consideration, It reveals the umbrella of predominant interests, and opens up broad horizons for disciplined interaction with houses and new developments. It addresses them, provides them with answers consistent with the legislation's general origins and rules, and sets out the judgement and the purpose of the provisions to be questioned. Teaching the purposes of sharia law has a significant impact on scholars' understanding of the meaning and provisions of sharia law, exploring its governance and objectives, attending to its interests and benefits, and ensuring its regularity, integrity, mediation and validity for every time and place.
