الملخص
استهدف البحث ابراز دور وأهمية البرمجة بالأهداف في حل المسائل المتعلقة بإدارة الانتاج في مؤسسة صناعية وإظهار امكانية استخدامها في عملية تخطيط الانتاج في مؤسسة الدراسات والانجازات الميطوبلاستيكية، حيث ننجد أن تخطيط الإنتاج تمثل نشاطا محوريا يتكامل ويتقاطع مع النشاطات الأخرى في المؤسسة هذا النشاط هو المسئول عن تجهيز وتصميم الخطط والوسائل بالإضافة إلى مسئولية عن توجه ومراقبة الموارد والمخزون ومراقبة جميع العمليات الإنتاجية بالمؤسسة. لذا قمنا باقتراح نموذج البرمجة بالأهداف الكمبرومازية في عملية تخطيط الانتاج وذلك مع ادماج جميع القيود المتعلقة بعملية الإنتاج فتحصلنا على الكميات المنتجة لكل منتج من المنتجات التي تقوم المؤسسة بإنتاجها. The research aimed to highlight the role of goal programming in solving issues related to production management in an industrial establishment and to demonstrate the possibility of using it in the production planning process in the institution for Metoplastic Studies and Achievements, where we find that production planning represents an axial activity that integrates and intersects with other activities in the organization. This activity is responsible for preparing and designing plans and means, in addition to being responsible for directing, controlling and stocking resources, also controlling all production processes in the institution. Therefore, we proposed a compromise programming models in the production planning process, with the inclusion of all restrictions related to the production process, so we got the quantities produced for each of the products that the institution produces.
