Ensuring The Right To Sufficient Food In Algeria The Dual Challenges Of Employment And Investigation الحق في الغذاء الكافي في الجزائر بين تحديات الإعمال و رهانات التحقيق

Abstract
Even though the international community has reaffirmed the importance of fully respecting the right to sufficient food, as recognized in international human rights law, it is not easy for food policies to effectively implement this right for various reasons and factors, including climate variability, sudden crises, escalating internal conflicts and wars in certain regions, as well as the use of food as a political tool. In Algeria, it appears that the situation is heading towards improvement. After being threatened with food dependence on the outside, it is now classified as the top-ranked country in Africa in terms of food security in the latest ranking of the United Nations World Food Programme. Although this ranking represents a real achievement for Algeria in achieving food security, achieving food sovereignty is almost impossible, as efforts are still ongoing to overcome all future challenges in order to achieve food sovereignty and completely eliminate food dependence بالرغم من أن المجتمع الدولي قد أعاد التأكيد مراراً على أهمية الاحترام الكامل للحق في الغذاء الكافي المعترف به في الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الانسان، غير أنه ليس من السهل أن تتوصل السياسات الغذائية إلى الإعمال لهذا الحق لعدة أسباب وعوامل على غرار تقلبات المناخ والأزمات المفاجئة وتزايد الصراعات الأهلية والحروب في بعض المناطق واستخدام الغذاء كسلاح سياسي. في الجزائر يبدو أن الوضع يسير إلى التحسن، فبعد أن كانت هذه الأخيرة مهددة بالتبعية الغذائية للخارج أصبحت اليوم تصنف ضمن المرتبة الأولى افريقيا في مجال الأمن الغذائي في اخر تصنيف لبرنامج التغذية العالمي التابع للأمم المتحدة وإن كانت هذه المرتبة تمثل مكسبا حقيقا للجزائر في كسب رهان الأمن الغذائي، غير أن تحقيق السيادة الغذائية شبه مستحيلة انيا، اذ لا يزال بذل الجهود قائما من أجل كسب كل الرهانات القادمة من أجل تحقيق السيادة الغذائية والاستغناء الكلي عن التبعية الغذائية
