Abstract

Companies operate in an uncertain environment, requiring managers to be able to anticipate risks, respond quickly to change, and make agile decisions. Their vigilance must be multidimensional to provide adequate responses to internal and external challenges. In this context, management control appears as a key function that promotes decentralization of responsibilities and performance optimization. To do this, mastery of information is essential. It requires a tool that is adapted to specific needs, rapid, and selective. This role is played by the dashboard.
