الملخص

تعد الجريمة ظاهرة قديمة عرفتها جميع المجتمعات البشرية، فدوافعها عديدة ومتنوعة، حيث تختلف من البيئة الى أخرى ومن مجتمع الى آخر وتخلف الاسباب والظروف باختلاف الزمان والمكان ، ومن أخطر الظواهر الاجتماعية المعقدة التي تهدد أمن وسكينة المجتمعات واستقرارها ظاهرة عصابات الأحياء التي توسعت وانتشرت في المجتمع الجزائري في أغلب المدن الكبرى، حيث عرفت هذه المدن عمليات ترحيل مست أغلب الأحياء الهشة والفوضوية نحو احياء سكنية جديدة لا يتوفر أغلبها على التغطيات الأمنية اللازمة مما ساهم في تنامي ظاهرة الاعتداءات والعنف التي تستخدم فيها شتى انواع الاسلحة البيضاء، فلا تكاد تخلو الاخبار اليومية من حوادث وجرائم مرتكبة من قبل العصابات الإجرامية الأمر الذي أدى الى خلق جو من انعدام الأمن في المجتمع ومصدر قلق اجتماعي . سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرف على مفهوم العصابات الاحياء والعوامل المسببة لها واليات مكافحتها والوقاية منها Abstract: Crime is an ancient phenomenon known to all human societies. Its motives are numerous and diverse, ranging from environment to environment and society to society, and the causes and conditions are backward, depending on time and space. One of the most serious and complex social phenomena that threatens the security, security and stability of communities is that of neighborhood gangs, which have expanded and spread into Algerian society and are known to most major cities. Most Algerian cities have experienced the displacement of most vulnerable and chaotic neighbourhoods to new neighbourhoods, most of which do not have the necessary security coverage. This has contributed to the growing phenomenon of attacks and violence involving various types of white weapons. The daily news is barely without incidents and crimes committed by criminal gangs, which have created a climate of social insecurity and social concern. In this article, we will try to learn about the concept of neighborhood gangs, their underlying factors and the mechanisms for combating and preventing them .
