الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الكشف عن واقع عصابات الأحياء في المدن الجديدة، تلك العصابات الملثمة التي تهاجم الأحياء وتعتدي على الأشخاص وممتلكات الغير في الشارع العام، ظاهرة عصابات الأحياء المدججة بالسيوف، أصبحت مشكلة اجتماعية تدق ناقوس الخطر، يجب دراستها بجدية، والوقوف على خلفياتها وأبعادها المختلفة، وتصحيح التصورات الخاطئة حول مغالطات بطولة عصابات الشوارع؛ من أجل ذلك، أجرى الباحث دراسة ميدانية بالمدينة الجديدة ذراع الريش بعنابة، بدراسة حالة، لثلاث (3) عينات، كانوا أعضاء في عصابات الأحياء، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن عصابات الأحياء أضحت واقعا في يوميات سكان المدن الجديدة. الكلمات المفتاحية: عصابات الأحياء؛ المدن الجديدة؛ مدينة ذراع الريش. Abstract: The study aims to reveal the reality of neighbourhood gangs in new cities, such masked gangs that attack neighbourhoods and attack people and other people's property on the public street, the phenomenon of sworded neighbourhood gangs, has become a social problem that sounds the alarm, must be seriously studied, their different backgrounds and dimensions and correct misperceptions about the fallacies of street gangs; To this end, the researcher conducted a field study of the new city's Draa Riche Annaba, with a case study, of three (3) samples, who were members of neighbourhood gangs, and concluded that neighbourhood gangs had become a reality in the diaries of new city dwellers.
