Artificial Intelligence And Cybernetics In Bertrand Russell

Abstract
This article will shed light on the importance of science and technology in our life and what are the main problems of misusing the latest technologies known under the name of artificial intelligence and cybernetics according to Bertrand Russell’s point of view; then analyze his project of reforms including the risks of scientific progress, the article shows also the impacts of technology on peace, nature, and individual daily behavior, we shall discuss all issues and defies imposing by this new epoch, and what Russell will suggest to eliminate or to slow down the dangers of these and how to protect the individual's rights and responsibilities. يتناول المقال الذكاء الاصطناعي و السيبرنطيقا في فلسفة برتراند رسل حيث هذا المقال بالتحليل جملة من الاسئة الفرعية تتعلق بعواقب تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي و تكنولوجيات التحكم في الحياة البيولوجية و الوراثية و ما يترتب عنها من تحولات و تغييرات على مستوى القيم و الوسط البيئي و البيولوجي عموما ،حيث يكشف رسل بالتحليل و التفصيل مدى خطورة هذه الاكتشافات العلمية و التقنية على حياة الانسان و مستقبل البشرية والتي تمثل تهديدا حقيقيا للامن و الاقتصاد و الاخلاق و شروط الحياة الطبيعية و يدعو الى ضبط السلوك العلمي و مراقبته من طرف السلطات السياسية و المنطمات الدولية ولحماية الافراد و المجتمعات من مخاطر الذكاء الاصكناعي و الحد من أثاره .
