-أثار الأزمة الصِّحيَّة كوفيد 19 على النَّقل الجوّي -حالة النَّقل الجوّي في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى توضيح أثر الأزمة الصّحيَّة الحالية على الاقتصاد العالمي وبشكل أكثر تحديدا على قطاع النَّقل الجوّي من خلال التّعريف بالفيروس ومراحل تطوّره وانتشاره بالإضافة إلى آثاره على الجانب الاقتصادي وقطاع الطّيران. فمنذ الإعلان عن الجائحة سارعت العديد من الدّول إلى تعليق الرّحلات بصفة جزئية وكلّية وفرض عدّة تنظيمات وقائية من أجل الحد من تفشي الفيروس، هذا الشّلل الذي أصاب القطاع عاد بخسائر وخيمة لم تقدر شركات الطّيران تحملها. وقد خلُصت دراستنا إلى أن فيروس كوفيد-19 أثر بشكل كبير على الجانب الاقتصادي ككل وقطاع النَّقل الجوّي بصفة خاصة والَّذي بدوره قام بشل عدّة قطاعات مرتبطة به كالسّياحة العالمية نتيجة غلق الحدود وشل حركة المسافرين. Abstract: This study aims to clarify the impact of the current health crisis on the global economy and more specifically on the air transport sector by introducing the virus and the stages of its development and spread in addition to its effects on the economic side and the aviation sector. Since the announcement of the pandemic, many countries have hastened to suspend flights partially and completely and impose several preventive regulations in order to limit the spread of the virus, this paralysis that hit the sector returned with severe losses that airlines could not afford. Our study concluded that the covid-19 virus significantly affected the economic side as a whole and the air transport sector in particular, which in turn paralyzed several related sectors such as global tourism as a result of the closure of borders and the paralysis of passenger traffic.
