الملخص
ملخص: لقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مفهوم التحول الرقمي ومن ثم بيان علاقته بالتغيير الثقافي وكذا الفرق بينهما وصولا إلى بيان ضرورة إحداث تغيير ثقافي مصاحب للتحول الرقمي المنشود والذي لا يكون إلا من خلال آليات محددة متعلقة بالمرحلة العمرية للقطاع. ولقد تم في سبيل هذا اتباع المنهج الوصفي لوصف هذا التحول وما لابد أن يصاحبه من العناصر الأساسية لإنجاحه، بحيث هدفت الدراسة لبيان أهم ما يلزم لإنجاح هذا التحول في قطاع التعليم العالي الجزائري بحيث تم بيان أهمية إعداد المجتمع الرقمي والاستعداد الثقافي لنجاح هذا التحول. Abstract This study sought to highlight the concept of digital transformation and then explain its relationship with cultural change, as well as the difference between them, leading to a statement of the necessity of creating cultural change accompanying the desired digital transformation, which can only occur through specific mechanisms related to the age stage of the sector. For this purpose, a descriptive approach was followed to describe this transformation and the basic elements that must accompany it to make it successful. The study aimed to explain the most important things necessary for the success of this transformation in the Algerian higher education sector, so that the importance of preparing the digital society and cultural readiness for the success of this transformation was demonstrated.
