تحديات تطبيق إقتصاديات التعليم وأثرها في مواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل اللبناني دراسة ميدانية على عينة من من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات اللبنانية

الملخص
الملخص هدفت الدراسة التعرف على تحديات تطبيق إقتصاديات التعليم وأثرها في مواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل اللبناني، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، عبر استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، ألفا كرونباخ Cronbach Alpha معامل الارتباط Correlation Coefficient، الارتباط الخطي Linear Regression وتحليل التباين (ANOVA) اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة التي تكونت من (225) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات العلوم الاقتصادية والإدارية والتربوية في الجامعات اللبنانية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية : إن المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لمجال تحديات تطبيق اقتصاديات التعليم بلغ (3.35) بانحراف معياري (0.588) بمستوى أهمية متوسط، بالمقابل جاء المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لمجال متطلبات سوق العمل اللبناني بلغ (3.38) بانحراف معياري (0.441) بمستوى أهمية متوسط ، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 α≤) في تحديات تطبيق إقتصاديات التعليم وأثرها في مواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل اللبناني تبعاً لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، العمر) مع عدم وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغيرات (النوع ، الرتبة الأكاديمية،كما تبين وجود علاقات ارتباط طردية ضعيفة (0.171**) مع أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 α≤)بين تحديات تطبيق اقتصاديات التعليم ومتطلبات سوق العمل اللبناني . وأوصى الباحث ضرورة الاهتمام من قبل الدولة بمواجهة تحديات تطبيق اقتصاديات التعليم عبر توفير فرص عمل للطلبة الخريجين من الجامعات وتوجيههم إلى التخصصات المطلوبة في سوق العمل اللبناني . الكلمات المفتاحية: تحديات إقتصاديات التعليم، سوق العمل اللبناني. Abstract The study aimed to identify the challenges of applying the economics of education and its impact on meeting the requirements of the Lebanese labor market. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted, through the use of descriptive statistical methods such as arithmetic averages, standard deviations, Cronbach Alpha Correlation Coefficient, Linear Regression and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The study relied on a questionnaire that consisted of (225) members The teaching staff in the faculties of economic, administrative and educational sciences in the Lebanese universities, were randomly selected, and reached the following results: The overall arithmetic mean of the field of challenges of applying economics of education was (3.35) with a standard deviation of (0.588) with a medium significance level. The overall arithmetic mean of the field of Lebanese labor market requirements was (3.38), with a standard deviation of (0.441), with a medium significance level. There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the challenges of applying economics of education and its impact in meeting the requirements of the Lebanese labor market according to the variables (years of experience, age) with no differences according to the variables (gender, academic rank). There are weak direct correlations (0.171**) with a statistically significant effect at the level (α ≥ 0.05) between the challenges of applying the economics of education and the requirements of the Lebanese labor market. The researcher recommended the need for the state to pay attention to facing the challenges of implementing the economics of education by providing job opportunities for university graduates and directing them to the specializations required in the Lebanese labor market.
