الملخص
من الظواهر الإجرامية التي فرضت نفسها على دول العالم في هذا العصر تبييض الأموال الذي يقود إلى حرمان المجتمع من الاستقرار المالي ويضرب الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي للدولة بضرب النواة الاجتماعية وموارد الحركة التنموية للبلد. تأتي جريمة تبييض الأموال في مقدمة الأشكال الجديدة للجريمة المنظمة الوطنية وغير الوطنية، والتي تصاعدت أنشطتها في الآونة الأخيرة نظرا للتطورات المتلاحقة في وسائل المعلومات والاتصالات، ومع ازدياد هذه الظاهرة كان لا بد من اللجوء إلى معرفة كل الجوانب التقنية والقانونية المتعلقة بها ومحاولة الحد من تداعياتها السلبية، ولهذا تقتضي الدقة العلمية منا تبيان ماهية جريمة تبييض الأموال المتحصلة من الأنشطة الإجرامية بوجه عام ، ثم نتطرق إلى الأساليب المصرفية التي تعتبر أهم القنوات التي يلجأ إليها مبيضي الأموال. One of the criminal phenomena that has imposed itself on the world's countries in this era is money laundering, which leads to depriving society of financial stability, undermines the political and economic stability of the state by striking at the social nucleus and the resources of the country's development movement. Money laundering is at the forefront of new forms of national and transnational organized crime, whose activities have escalated in recent times due to successive developments in information and communication means. With the increase in this phenomenon, it was necessary to resort to knowing all the technical and legal aspects related to it and try to reduce its negative repercussions. Therefore, scientific accuracy requires us to clarify the nature of money laundering obtained from criminal activities in general, and then we will discuss the banking methods that are considered the most important channels used by money launderers.
