الملخص
إن الأمن على الأموال مقصد شرعي ضروري، ولتحديد التدابير الواقية من الجرائم المرتبطة بها وبيان أثرها في تحقيق الأمن عليها من خلال قطع الذرائع المفضية إلى وقوع الجريمة ابتداء، وتقوية الاجراءات الردعية التي تحقق مكافحة هذه الجريمة بعد وقوعها، انتظم الكلام في هذا الموضوع في مباحث هذا المقال، الذي خلص في النهاية إلى أن الرقابة الداخلية النابعة من الشخص التي تقوم على مراقبة الله تعالى وخشيته هي أصل الوقاية ولبنتها.
