الملخص
• الملخص: شهدت العمارة الاسلامية تطورا كبيرا بفضل احتكاكها بمختلف الحضارات والشعوب وانعكس على هياكلها والمرافق التي توجد بها، حيث كُيفت حسب العادات والتقاليد وحسب العرف والقانون الاسلامي، مما جعل المفتين والفقهاء يصدرون أحكام وفق الشريعة الاسلامية. ويعتبر ابن الرامي واحد من هؤلاء المفتين والبنائين الذين ساهموا في إثراء فقه العمران الاسلامي والحفاظ على الطابع العربي الاسلامي للمدينة. فكيف تفاعل الفقه الاسلامي مع تغيرات المجتمع وحاجة المدينة للتطور في إطار الحفاظ على الهوية الدينية والثقافية، انطلاقا من كتاب الاعلان بأحكام البنيان لابن الرامي؟. ويهدف هذا الموضوع إلى إظهار مساهمة المسلمين في مجال البناء والتعمير انطلاقا من النوازل الفقهية. حيث توصلنا في نهايته إلى عدة نتائج منها أن المسلمين بلغوا درجة مهمة من التقدم في علم العمارة وتنظيم الحياة العامة، من خلال دمج الدين والحياة الاجتماعية لما فيه مصلحة للإنسان والبلاد. Abstract: Islamic architecture witnessed a great development thanks to its contact with various civilizations and peoples, and this was reflected in its structures and facilities in which it is located, as it was adapted according to customs and traditions and according to custom and Islamic law, which made muftis and jurists issue rulings according to Islamic law. Ibn al-Rami is considered one of those muftis and builders who contributed to enriching the Islamic jurisprudence of urbanism and preserving the Arab-Islamic character of the city. How did Islamic jurisprudence interact with the changes in society and the city's need for development within the framework of preserving religious and cultural identity, based on Ibn al-Rami's book Al-An'an bi Ahkam al-Bunyan? This topic aims to show the contribution of Muslims in the field of construction and reconstruction based on the emerging issues of jurisprudence. In the end, we reached several results, including that Muslims have reached an important degree of progress in the science of architecture and the organization of public life, through the integration of religion and social life for the benefit of man and the country
