الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة استلهام الدروس والعبر عن كيفية التعامل مع ظاهرة الفقر خلال مختلف الحقب التاريخية، ودراسة سلوكيات الأفراد خلال الأزمات ومنها أزمة الفقر ، فضلا عن إماطة اللثام عن جوانب مغيبة من التاريخ الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للشعوب والدول، وحتى ابراز دور الفئة المهمشة في التاريخ ومنهم فئة الفقراء لقد تصدى حكام الجزائر لظاهرة الفقر وحاولوا التقليل منها من خلال إلغاء الضرائب و العناية بالزراعة و انتشار الأمن، و توفير الرعاية الصحية، و فتح المطامير و المخازن . This study aims to draw inspiration from lessons and expressions of how to deal with the phenomenon of poverty during various historical periods, and to study the behaviors of individuals during crises, including the poverty crisisIn addition, it has revealed absent aspects of the economic and social history of peoples and States, and even highlighting the role of the marginalized group in history, including the poor. Algeria's rulers have addressed the phenomenon of poverty and tried to reduce it by abolishing taxes, taking care of agriculture, spreading security, providing health care, and opening landfills and warehouses to the hungry
