المقاربة التواصلية وإشكالية التعدد اللغوي الإدارة الجزائرية (البلدية أنموذجا)

الملخص
سنركز في هذا العمل على وظيفية اللغة العربية بين طرفين يتفاعلان في فضاء واحد، لكنهما يختلفان في الاستعمال المعياري للغة، وهذا طرح يُقِر بالتعددية اللسانية. كون هذه الأخيرة من أهم القضايا التي باتت تُعْن بالدراسة والتمحيص من قبل اللسانيين والسوسيولسانيين والديداكتيكيين، الشيء الذي دفع الباحثين إلى إمكانية اقتراح مجموعة من المقاربات التي من شأنها أن تتعامل مع موضوع التعدد بنوع من الموضوعية. ولعل المقاربة التواصلية في تصورها وإيمانها بالمنظور الحركي القائم على اللغة المستخدمة في الفضاء الاجتماعي، تتماشى وهذا الطرح. In this work, we will focus on the functionality of the Arabic language between two parties that interact in the same space, but differ in the normative use of the language, and this is a proposal that recognizes linguistic pluralism. The fact that the latter is one of the most important issues that have become studied and scrutinized by linguists, sociolinguists and didactics, which prompted researchers to propose a set of approaches that would deal with the subject of multiplicity with a kind of objectivity without language without another. Perhaps the communicative approach in its perception and belief in the kinetic perspective based on the language used in the social space, is in line with this proposal
