قصدية الخطاب الإنسانيّ والحضاريّ في الحديث النبوي الشريف والأبعاد الزمانيّة والمكانيّة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قراءة بعض الأحاديث النبويّة الشريفة، لغويًّا دلاليًا، من أجل الكشف عن رشحها الأبديّبمقاصد وغايات وأهداف إنسانيّة وحضاريّة فاعلة في الزمان والمكان،بوصفها خطابات مرسِل مُرسَل من ربّ العالمين ليهدي البشريّة ويضع لهمقواعد معرفيّة ودينيّة اجتماعيّة وحضاريّة ترسّخ كينونة الإنسان وتمنحه القدرة على تأدية دوره الوجوديّ والإنسانيّ بمعرفة ووعي وصدق. يفرض مقام البحث أن تقتصر الدراسة على عدد من الأحاديث؛ لأنّ الإحاطة بالأحاديث النبوية الشريفة كلّها تحتاج إلى فريق عمل بحثيّ وإلى سنوات من القراءة والدراسة والتحليل، تفرضها غزارة المادة اللغويّة، وقوة سبكها وفيضها الدلالي، ولذلك سيكون التركيز علىخمسة أحاديث نبويّة شريفة متنوعة الموضوعات والمقاصد، فالحديث الأوّل موضوعه فعل الفصاحة اللغوية في القضاء وأخلاقيّة المتخاصمين، والحديث الثاني يتناول موضوع الرفق بالحيوان، والثالث موضوعه اجتماعي وحضاري وإنساني يتبيّن من خلاله طبيعة أبناء البشر ومدى قبولهم العلم والهداية، والرابع موضوعه التعريف بالمسكين الحقيقيّ والدعوة إلى الابتعاد عن ظاهر المرئيات إلى ما سترته المظاهر وعفة النفس من حاجة مظللة بالكرامة والإباء والصبر، أمّا الحديث الخامسفموضوعه قيميّ واجتماعيّ وحضاريّ، تكشف بنياته عن أعراف اجتماعيّة سليمة لا تحمّل المُضيف أعباء إضافيّة، وتوجه الضيف ليكون بعد مدة منتسبًا بالمسؤولية والمهام إلى أهل البيت الذين استقبلوه وأكرموه، وهذه الأحاديث منتقاة من الموطأ ومن صحيح البخاريّ وصحيح This study aims to read some of the noble prophetic hadiths, linguistically and semantically, in order to reveal their eternal nomination for effective human and civilizational purposes, objectives, and goals in time and place, as the speeches of a messenger sent by the Lord of the Worlds to guide humanity and establish for them cognitive, religious, social, and cultural rules that establish the human being and give him the ability to perform the same. His existential and human role with knowledge, awareness and honesty. The purpose of the research requires that the study be limited to a number of hadiths. Because understanding all the noble Prophetic hadiths requires a research team and years of reading, study and analysis, imposed by the abundance of linguistic material, the strength of its casting and its semantic overflow. Therefore, the focus will be on five noble Prophetic hadiths with a variety of topics and purposes. The first hadith is about the act of linguistic eloquence in the judiciary and the morality of the disputants. The second hadith deals with the topic of kindness to animals, and the third has a social, cultural, and humanitarian topic through which the nature of human beings and the extent of their acceptance of knowledge and guidance is revealed. The fourth has its topic: introducing the truly poor and calling for people to move away from the apparent visible things to what appearances and chastity of the soul have concealed, a need shaded by dignity, pride, and patience. As for the fifth hadith, its topic is Value-based, social and civilized, its structures reveal sound social norms that do not burden the host with additional burdens, and direct the guest to be, after a period of time, ascribed responsibility and duties to the household who received and honored him. These hadiths are selected from Al-Muwatta and from Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih.
