الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أسباب وأشكال العنف الممارس على الطاقم الطبي بمستشفى "المنيعة"، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمت استبانة "القيسي " المكونة من محورين :الاول يقيس أسباب العنف والثاني يقيس أشكال العنف وشملت على (20) فقرة وطبقت على عينة قوامها (111) موظف وموظفة ،ومن النتائج المتوصل اليها: أن من أهم أسباب العنف هو انتشار ظاهرة المعرفة (الواسطة) داخل المستشفى وبنسبة مرتفعة ،تم يليها التسرع وغياب لغة الحوار والتعصب للرأي وعدم قبول الرأي الاخر وعدم تطبيق الانظمة والتعليمات بعدالة في المستشفى ،كدلك ضعف دور الرقابة والامن وأن أهم أشكال العنف الممارس ضد الطاقم الطبي نجد العنف اللفظي تم يليه العنف النفسي ،كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0،05) في أسباب وأشكال العنف تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والوظيفة. :Abstract The study aimed to find out the causes and forms of violence practiced on the medical staff at al menea hospital .to achieve the objectives of the study. The descriptive approach was relied upon and a questionnaire was used to collect information designed by al-Qaisi .consisting of waxes and (20)items .the first axis measures the causes of violence is the spread of the phenomenon of knowledge (wasta) inside hospitals at a high rate .this was followed by haste and the absence of the language of dialogue. Intolerance of opinion and non-acceptance of the other opinion. And the failure to apply regulations and instructions fairly in hospital .as well as weak oversight security and complacency in hospital .and that the most important forms of violence practiced against the medical staff .we find verbal violence .followed by psychological violence to a moderate degree. Like wise. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of ( 0.05) in the causes and forms of violence according to the variables of gender and occupation.
