أهمية ودور الدبلوماسية الإقتصادية في التنمية مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: ان التنمية الاقتصادية تعتبر الهدف الأساسي لكافة دول العالم لذلك تسعى الى تحقيقها عبر عدة سياسات اقتصادية وطنية بهدف تحسين المستوى المعيشي لشعوبها فبعضها داخلي والبعض الاخر في اطار العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية و ذلك من خلال محاولتها الحصول على قروض من مؤسسات دولية او جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية والحصول على مساعدات تنموية او عقد اتفاقيات و السعي للدخول في المنظمات دولية و كل ذلك يتحقق من خلال ما يسمى بالدبلوماسية الاقتصادية، و بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي توصلت الدراسة الى أن للدبلوماسية الاقتصادية دورا في التنمية الاقتصادية لا يمكن قياس أثره كميا أو من خلال مؤشرات محددة لكن يمكن الاستدلال عليه من خلال حالات دولية أخرى ، والعمل على تطوير وتنمية القطاعات الاقتصادية من خلال زيادة الأبحاث في شتى الميادين سواء في مجالات الصناعة والزراعة والخدمات وكذلك قطاع الملكية الفكرية Abstract : Economic development is considered as the primary goal for all countries of the world, so it seeks to achieve it through several national economic policies with the aim of improving the standard of living for its people. Some of them are internal and others within the framework of international economic relations, through their attempt to obtain loans from international institutions, attract foreign investments, obtain development aid, or conclude agreements and seek to enter into international organizations, and all of this is achieved through what is called economic diplomacy. And based on the descriptive analytical approach, the study concluded that economic diplomacy has a role in economic development. Its impact cannot be measured quantitatively or through specific indicators, but it can be inferred from other international cases, and work to develop economic sectors through increased research in various fields, whether in the fields of industry, agriculture and services as well as the intellectual property sector
