الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور الاتصال التربوي لمستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي في تحقيق التكيف المدرسي للتلميذ، ومن اجل تحقيق هذا الهدف جاءت الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على جميع تلاميذ السنة الأولى ثانوي، بثانوية" الشهيد رواينية عبد الحميد بن الصادق "، بمدينة سوق أهراس للسنة الدراسية: 2022 / 2023،حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، معتمدة استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات تتكون من 26 عبارة، موزعة على أربعة محاور، كما تم إجراء مقابلة حرة مع مستشارة التوجيه والإرشاد، وبعد تحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : - يؤدي الاتصال التربوي لمستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي دور في تحقيق التكيف الشخصي للتلميذ . - يؤدي الاتصال التربوي لمستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي دور في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي للتلميذ . - يؤدي الاتصال التربوي لمستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي دور في تحقيق التكيف الدراسي للتلميذ . Abstract: his study aimed to identify the role of educational communication for the school guidance and counseling counselor in achieving the school adaptation of the student, and in order to achieve this goal, the field study was conducted on all first-year secondary students, in the high school of "Al-Shahid Rawaina Abdel-Hamid bin Al-Sadiq", in Souk Ahras city. For the academic year: 2022/2023, where the researcher used the descriptive approach, adopting the questionnaire form as the main tool for data collection consisting of 26 phrases, distributed on four axes, and a free interview was conducted with the guidance and counseling counselor, and after analyzing the data and testing the validity of the hypotheses, the results were reached The following : - The educational communication of the guidance counselor and school counseling plays a role in achieving the student's personal adjustment. - The educational communication of the school guidance and counseling counselor plays a role in achieving the student's social adjustment. - The educational communication of the school guidance and counseling counselor plays a role in achieving the student's academic adjustment.
