جريمة قتل الأقارب : تشخيص الأسباب و اقتراح الحلول

الملخص
يستمر معدل ارتكاب الجرائم بمختلف أشكالها بالمجتمع الجزائري ما يهدد تماسكه واستقراره واستمراره, ولعل اخطر انواعها هي تلك التي تحدث ضد الأقارب خاصة الأصول والفروع: اباء يقتلون فلذات أكبادهم وأبناء يذبحون آباءهم وأزواج يحرقون زوجاتهم, تفاصيل مرعبة تحدث في مجتمع دينه الإسلامي يحرمه ومجتمعه المحافظ يرفضه وقانونه يجرمه ونص عقوبات ردعية بحق مرتكبيها, ورغم ذلك تستمر الظاهرة بالانتشار, ويرجع علماء الاجتماع والإجرام أسباب بعض الأشخاص على هذا الفعل الإجرامي إلى عوامل مختلفة منها ما يتعلق بسلوك وشخصية الفاعل ,ومنها ما يعود لتأثيرات اجتماعية, اقتصادية و ببيئية, لذلك استدعى الأمر تضافر جهود مؤسسات المجتمع المدني للبحث في حقيقة الظاهرة و تشخيص للأسباب الفعلية لها ومن ثم محاولة إيجاد تصور لحلول من اجل حماية الأسرة والمجتمع من تأثيرات هذه الظاهرة خاصة أبناء الدم الواحد والحفاظ عل تماسك المجتمع لان القضية تعدت من كونها قضية فردية إلى قضية مجتمعية . The rate of committing crimes in all its forms continues in Algerian society, which threatens its cohesion, stability and continuity. Perhaps the most dangerous types are those that occur against relatives, especially origins and branches: fathers who kill their children, sons who slaughter their fathers, and husbands who burn their wives, horrific details that occur in a society whose Islamic religion forbids it and its conservative society rejects it and its law It criminalizes it and stipulates deterrent penalties against its perpetrators. Despite this, the phenomenon continues to spread, and sociologists and criminologists attribute the reasons for some people to this criminal act to various factors, including those related to the behavior and personality of the perpetrator, and some of them are due to social, economic and environmental influences. Therefore, it called for the concerted efforts of civil society institutions to research the reality of the phenomenon and diagnose the actual causes of it, and then try to find a vision for solutions in order to protect the family and society from the effects of this phenomenon, especially the sons of one blood, and to preserve the cohesion of society because the issue went beyond being an individual issue to a societal issue.
