تجارب عالمية في إعادة الهندسة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المفاهيم ذات العلاقة بإعادة الهندسة باعتبارها من أحدث المفاهيم الإدارية، وذلك لما لها من دور فعال في تحقيق طفرات نوعية في أداء المؤسسات. كما تهدف إلى إبراز أهم التجارب العالمية في هذا المجال من أجل الخروج بأهم النتائج المستخلصة منها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها نجاح هذا المدخل في تخفيض التكاليف، تحقيق السرعة وتقليل الوقت المستغرق لأداء العمليات في العديد من المؤسسات العالمية وبالتالي تحقيق رضا العملاء. ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ This study aims to shed light on the concepts related to re-engineering as one of the latest management concepts, because of its effective role in achieving qualitative leaps in the performance of institutions. It also aims to highlight the most important international experiences in this field in order to come up with the most important conclusions drawn from them. The study reached a set of results, most notably the success of this approach in reducing costs, achieving speed and reducing the time taken to perform operations in many international institutions, and thus achieving customer satisfaction. ــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur les concepts liés à la réingénierie comme l'un des concepts de gestion les plus récents, en raison de son rôle efficace dans la réalisation de sauts qualitatifs dans la performance des institutions. Il vise également à mettre en évidence les expériences internationales les plus importantes dans ce domaine afin d'en tirer les conclusions les plus importantes. L'étude a abouti à un ensemble de résultats, notamment le succès de cette approche dans la réduction des coûts, la rapidité et la réduction du temps nécessaire pour effectuer des opérations dans de nombreuses institutions internationales, et ainsi atteindre la satisfaction des clients.
