الملخص
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة، ومستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو –قطب تامدا-، كما هدف إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين جودة الحياة والضغوط النفسية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي، ومدى وجود فروق في جودة الحياة والضغوط النفسية وفقًا لبعض المتغيرات، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة قوامها (100) أستاذ وأستاذة، وطبقنا عليهم مقياس جودة الحياة، ومقياس الضغوط النفسية، وأسفرت النتائج إلى: 1- مستوى جودة الحياة عند الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو متوسط. 2- مستوى الضغوط النفسية عند الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو مرتفع. 3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الحياة والضغوط النفسية لدى الأستاذ الجامعي بجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأساتذة الجامعيين في جودة الحياة تُغزي لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح العزاب. 5- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأساتذة الجامعيين في الضغوط النفسية تُغزي لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح المتزوجين. The aim of the current research is to identify the level of life quality and the level of the university professor psychological pressure. It also aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the two variables, and the extent of differences in the quality of life and psychological pressures according to some variables, as we relied on a sample of (100 professors).We have also applied the quality of life scale and the psychological pressure scale on them, and the results are : 1- The university professor quality of life at the University of MouloudMamari in Tizi Ouzou Medium. 2- The level of the university professor psychological pressure at MouloudMamari University in Tizi Ouzou is high. 3- There is an inverse correlation with statistical significance between the quality of life and psychological pressureof the university professor at MouloudMammeri University in Tizi Ouzou. 4- There are statistically significant differences between university professors in the quality of life that encapsulate the marital status variable in favor of singles. 5- There are statistically significant differences between psychological pressures of the university professors that encapsulate the marital status variable in favor of married couples.
