الجهود القانونية المتعلقة بالطاقات المتجددة

الملخص
الملخص: من أهم المصادر المستعملة حاليا الطاقة وعلى وجه الخصوص الطاقة المتجددة من أجل المحافظة على الاحتياجات الإستراتيجية على المدى البعيد ، وأمام تزايد الأخطار البيئية وتفاقم مشاكلها بسبب ما عرفه قطاع الطاقة التقليدية وحدوث تغيرات وتقلبات مناخية وتلوث ناجم عن هذه الاستعمالات. عقدت عديد الاجتماعات لحماية البيئة وتقليص التلوث بالطاقة التقليدية وإعطائه اهتماما كبيرا من أجل استدامة البيئة . كما عرف المجال التشريعي في عديد البلدان خاصة النامية والطاقوية منها برامج ومشاريع طاقوية تنافس استعمالات الطاقات التقليدية مما يمكن أن تحقق لها تقدما صناعيا واقتصاديا أفضل ، والبحث عن الطاقات البديلة من خلال منظومة قانونية ومؤسساتية تعمل على استعمال طاقات أقل ضرر وأنظف على البيئة. في هذا الصدد شجعت الحكومات الاستثمار في مجال الطاقات المتجددة ، كون عديد الدول تزخر بإمكانيات طاقوية هائلة ،على اعتبار أن لطاقات المتجددة دور في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة باستعمال مصادر غير ملوثة وتساهم في مكافحة تغيرات المناخ وتلبي كل الاحتياجات الطاقوية . Summary: One of the most important sources currently used is energy, and in particular renewable energy, in order to maintain strategic needs in the long term, and in the face of increasing environmental risks and exacerbating its problems due to what the traditional energy sector knew and the occurrence of climate changes and fluctuations and pollution resulting from these uses. Numerous meetings were held to protect the environment, reduce pollution by conventional energy, and give great attention to the sustainability of the environment. The legislative field has also been known in many countries, especially developing and energy, including energy programs and projects that compete with the uses of traditional energies, which can achieve better industrial and economic progress for them, and the search for alternative energies through a legal and institutional system that works to use less harmful and cleaner energies on the environment. In this regard, governments have encouraged investment in the field of renewable energies, since many countries are endowed with enormous energy potential, considering that renewable energies have a role in achieving sustainable development by using non-polluting sources, contributing to combating climate change and meeting all energy needs.
