المرافقة البيداغوجية ودورها في التكوين الجامعي للطالب –الواقع والآفاق- دراسة ميدانية بجامعة تلمسان

الملخص
تعتبر المرافقة البيداغوجية إحدى أهم الآليات التي يقوم عليها نظام LMD والتي تحاول الجامعة الجزائرية من خلاله تحقيق نوع من الإصلاحات المعمقة التي من شأنها أن تسهم في خلق كفاءات طلابية تساهم في تحقيق التنمية في إطار الاصلاحات الشاملة التي تقوم بها الجزائر. ونظرا لأهمية التي يوليها نظامLMD للمرافقة البيداغوجية أو ما يطلق عليها بالوصاية Tutorat او عملية الإشراف المسندة للأساتذة اتجاه الطلبة ارتأينا للقيم بهذه الدراسة لمحاولة فهم واقع المرافقة البيداغوجية في الجامعة الجزائرية وأهم المعوقات التي تحول دون قيامها بشكل صحيح، فهم الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في إطار تكوين الطالب ومرافقته في مساره الجامعي التعليمي والمهني، معرفة ماهية وأهداف المرافقة البيداغوجية، المهارات التي يجب أن يتوفر عليها الأستاذ الجامعي والتي تمكنه من التعامل مع الطالب وعلى رأسها عملية التواصل، تحفيز الطالب، ادماجه في المحيط الجامعي، ومن ثمة البحث في أهم العوامل التي يجب أن تتوفر لنجاح هذه الآلية. The pedagogical accompaniment is one of the most important mechanisms on which the LMD system is based, through which the Algerian University is trying to achieve a kind of in-depth reforms that would contribute to creating student competencies that contribute to achieving development within the framework of the comprehensive reforms undertaken by Algeria. In view of the importance that the LMD system attaches to pedagogical accompaniment or what is called tutorat or the process of supervision assigned to teachers towards students, we have considered the values in this study to try to understand the reality of pedagogical accompaniment at the Algerian University and the most important obstacles that prevent it from performing it correctly, understanding the role that it can play in the framework of training The student and his accompaniment in his educational and professional university path, knowledge of the nature and objectives of pedagogical accompaniment, the skills that a university professor must have and that enable him to deal with the student, on top of which is the communication process, motivating the student, integrating him into the university environment, and then researching the most important factors that must be This mechanism is available for success.
