الملخص
تمثل هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة حول عمل الديبلوماسية الجزائرية لمواجهة التهديدات البيئية من خلال بناء مقاربة كاملة اتجاه دول الساحل بالاستناد الى مبادئها ومحددات سياستها الخارجية القائمة على مبدأ حل الأزمات بالطرق السلمية وعدم التدخل في شؤون الغير، كمنطلق للتحرك في فضائها الاقليمي الذي يشهد تفاعلا وحركية في السنوات الأخيرة، ومن خلال كل ذلك فالاشكالية التي تتمحور حولها هذه الدراسة الاستراتيجية هي حجم التهديدات البيئية في دول الساحل، وكيفية تعامل الديبوماسية الجزائرية معها. This research represents a study about the work of Algerian diplomacy to deal with environmental threats by building a comprehensive approach towards the countries of the Sahel based on their principles and the determinants of their foreign policy based on the principle of resolving crises by means of peaceful and non-interfering in the affairs of others, as a starting point for moving in its regional space, which has witnessed interaction and dynamism in recent years, and through all of this, the problematic that this strategic study revolves around is the extent of environmental threats in the Sahel countries, and how Algerian diplomacy deals with them.
