الملخص
فرضت ظروف وتطورات البيئة الإقليمية على الجزائر لعب أدوار إقليمية تستجیب وتتكيف مع التحولات و التطورات التي عرفتها منطقة المغرب العربي والساحل الإفريقي جراء الأزمات الأمنية والسیاسیة التي عرفتها دول جوارها المغاربي(تونس ولیبیا) منذ عام 2011، والأزمة الأمنية والسیاسیة التي عرفتها الدولة المالیة في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي مع مطلع عام 2013، وتسعى الجزائر في ظل تطورات ومستجدات الوضع الأمني في هذه الأقاليم الجغرافية التي تعد فضاءات جیوسیاسیة هامة بالنسبة للأمن القومي الجزائري إلى لعب دور إقليمي فاعل ومؤثر لإقرار الأمن والسلم فیها مؤكدة بذلك محوریة الدور الجزائري في محیطه الإقليمي. Juncture and regional environment developments have forced Algeria to play regional roles that are responsive and adapted to the transformations and developments that the Maghreb region and the African Sahel have experienced as a result of the security and political crises that the Maghreb neighbouring countries (Tunisia and Libya) have experienced since 2011, as well as the security and political crisis that the Malian State experienced in the African Sahel region as early as 2013. In view of the developments in the security situation in these geographical regions, which are important geopolitical spaces for Algeria's national security, Algeria is endeavouring to play an active and influential regional role in establishing peace and security in this region in order to underscores the centrality of Algeria's role in its regional environment.
