دور الحاضنات التكنولوجية في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر

الملخص
تعد الحاضنات التكنولوجية البيئة الملائمة لنمو المؤسسات الناشئة وقد قطعت أشواطا في تنمية الابتكار وتحويل الأفكار الإبداعية إلى مشاريع إنتاجية ناجحة. وفي الجزائر شهدت الحاضنات التكنولوجية إهتماما بالغا من طرف الدولة، وباتت تشكل سبيلا آمنا نحو تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في ظل التوجه نحو المؤسسات الناشئة. وتأتي هذه الدراسة للوقوف عند مساهمة الحاضنات التكنولوجية في التنويع الاقتصادي للجزائر، ومن ثم اقتراح آليات معالجتها، وقد تم التوصل إلى أن الجزائر تفتقر للعدد الكافي من الحاضنات والبيئة الملائمة للتنويع الاقتصادي. Technological incubators are the appropriate environment for the growth of startups, and they have made great strides in developing innovation and transforming creative ideas into successful production projects,where they constitute the appropriate environment to embrace new ideas and have reached advanced stages in supporting innovation, transforming creative ideas into successful projects, and also helping start-ups in reducing construction costs and reducing the possibility of failure by providing facilities and assistance to become able to compete. In Algeria, technological incubators have witnessed great interest, and this study comes to identify the results recorded in the field of supporting technological incubators for economic diversification and to identify the obstacles facing this goal, in order to address them. it has been concluded that Algeria lacks the necessary number of incubators, and the number of incubators is constantly decreasing, despite the procedures applied.
