مفهوم الديمقراطية في مضمون كتاب التربية المدنية و تأثره بالتوجهات السياسية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مفهوم الديمقراطية المتضمن في كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط الذي يلقن للتلاميذ و مدى تَأثره بالتوجهات السياسية، و من أجل التحقق من ذلك إستخدمنا تحليل المحتوى كأداة لتحليل مضمون كتاب التربية المدنية، حيث إخترنا كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة من التعليم المتوسط كعينة للدراسة ، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مضمون كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط يركز على ربط الديمقراطية بالمجتمع السياسي على حساب الطرح الحقوقي و على حساب الطرح المشاركاتي، و يظهر ذلك بوضوح من خلال غياب البعد البنائي الفلسفي للديمقراطية ، و إختزال هذه الأخيرة في الطابع التمثيلي مما يوحي على أن هناك استعمالا إيديولوجيا للديمقراطية. This study aims to identify the concept of democracy included in the civic education book for the fourth year of intermediate education, which is taught to students, and the extent to which it is affected by political orientations. From intermediate education as a sample for the study, relying on the descriptive analytical approach The study concluded that the content of the civic education book for the fourth year average focuses on linking democracy to the political society at the expense of the human rights proposition and at the expense of the participatory proposition, and this is clearly shown through the absence of the philosophical structural dimension of democracy, and the reduction of the latter in the representative character, which suggests However, there is an ideological use of democracy
