قراءة للواقع الاجتماعي والعمراني للقرى التقليدية بمنطقة البيبان -دراسة حالة-

الملخص
Abstract: The study of the traditional rural areas of the Biban region (Bordj Bou Arreridj) is of great importance through which the archaeological components of these villages are shown through the general plans as well as through the effective role they played in maintaining the social structure of the population, which was organized and managed by a simple and effective administrative council known as the village council, in addition to a set of standards and controls; among the most important of these villages in the Ottoman era in Algeria are: Rabia, Qasour, Bouchiba, Qalea Bzmora, through which we will know the structural and schematic components of the village world in this geographical area. These architectural units also contribute to the creation of a kind of harmonious and controlled distribution in the public sphere formed by villages between what is private property and what is collective public utility, such as the mosque, the village council, simple and complex housing units, as well as streets and alleys. Keywords: The village ; Al-Biban area ; the rural construction ; the units ; the public facilities. الملخص: تكتسي دراسة المجالات التقليدية القروية بمنطقة البيبان (برج بوعريريج) أهمية كبيرة تظهر من خلالها المكنونات الأثرية لهذه القرى من خلال المخططات العامة وكذا من خلال ما أدته من دور فعال في الحفاظ على التركيبة الاجتماعية للساكنة ساهم في تنظيمها وتسييرها مجلس إداري بسيط وفعال عرف بمجلس القرية، إضافة إلى مجموعة من المعايير والضوابط؛ ومن بين أهم هذه القرى في العهد العثماني بالجزائر قرى: ربيعة، القصور، بوشيبة، القليعة بزمورة، ومن خلالها سنعرف المكونات البنيوية التخطيطية المشكلة لعالم القرى في هذا النطاق الجغرافي. كما تساهم هذه الوحدات المعمارية في خلق نوع من التوزيع المنسجم والمضبوط في المجال العام المشكل للقرى بين ما هو خاص الملكية وبين ما هو جماعي عمومي المنفعة، كالمسجد ومجلس القرية والوحدات السكنية البسيطة والمركبة وكذا الشوارع والأزقة. إضافة إلى السوق في بعض الأحيان والمعصرة وفضاء الدرس والمقبرة والعين وغيرها من المرافق العمومية.
