تقيّد المؤسسة لبصيدلانية بقواعد الممارسات الحسنة في الصناعة الصيدلانية

الملخص
تلتزم المؤسسة الصيدلانية بتطبيق أنظمة الجودة المتعلقة بقواعد الممارسات الحسينة للتصنيع، لتقليل من المخاطر الملازمة للإنتاج، والتي لا يمكن منعها كلية من خلال التحليل النهائي للمنتوج الصيدلاني، ولتحقيق ذلك لا بد من إجراء التفتيش الذاتي واقتراح التدابير التصحيحية الضرورية، والرقابة التي تمارسها المصالح والهيئات المختلفة، بحيث لا يمكن تسويق أي مادة صيدلانية تستعمل في الطب البشري إلا بعد خضوعها للمراقبة وتثبت مطابقتها لمقرر التسجيل أو المصادقة، وأهمية الموضوع تكمن في ضرورة التقيد المؤسسة الصيدلانية بقواعد الممارسات الحسنة لتقليل من خطر المنتوج الصيدلاني، والإشكالية: مدى مساهمة قواعد الممارسات الحسنة للتصنيع في تحقيق الأمن والفعالية للمنتوج الصيدلاني. The pharmaceutical institution is committed to applying quality systems related to the rules of good practices for manufacturing, in order to reduce the risks inherent in production, which cannot be completely prevented through the final analysis of the pharmaceutical product, departments and organisations, as it not possible to market any pharmaceutical substance used in human medicine unless it is subject to control and it was proven that it conformed to the registration or approval decision, the importance of the issue lies in the need for the pharmaceutical institution to adhere to the rules of good practices to reduce the risk of the pharmaceutical, and the problem; the extent of the contribution of the rules of good practices for manufacturing in achiving the security and effectivess of the pharmaceutical product.
