الملخص
يعد موضوع الإذاعة المحلية من أهم المواضيع التي لاقت اهتمام الباحثين والدارسين، سواء على مستوى علم الاجتماع أو علوم الإعلام والاتصال، هذا نظرا للدور الذي تضطلع للقيام به من تقريب المواطن، وتنمية المجتمع، واعتبرت في كثير من الأحيان خاصة على مستوى الدول العربية كأداة سياسية وإستراتيجية الدولة للسير بعجلة التنمية، ومن جهة أخرى نلحظ العديد من المفارقات خاصة إذا ارتبط الأمر بالدول الغربية، فالإذاعة المحلية فيها لم توجد من أجل الدفع بعجلة التنمية منذ البداية ، فظهرت الإذاعة المحلية معبرة عن صوت من لا صوت له ومدافعة عن ضد من عانوا من الاضطهاد إلى أن تطورت وأصبحت بالقرب من كل فئة ؛ وليس هذا فحسب أهمية الإعلام في التصدي للتحديات البيئية من أجل تحقيق تنمية مستدامة بيئيا، خصوصا في نشر المعلومات وتوفير التربية البيئية ومراقبة الإجراءات بشكل نقدي، على الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي لمواجهة الهموم البيئية. Abstract : The topic of local radio is one of the most important topics that attracted the attention of researchers and scholars, whether at the level of sociology or media and communication sciences, due to the role it plays in bringing citizens closer and developing society, and it was considered in many cases, especially at the level of Arab countries, as a political and strategic tool. On the other hand, we note many paradoxes, especially if it is related to Western countries. The local radio in them did not exist in order to advance the wheel of development from the beginning, so the local radio appeared expressing the voice of the voiceless and defending against those who suffered persecution to That it evolved and became near every category; This is not only the importance of the media in addressing environmental challenges in order to achieve environmentally sustainable development, especially in disseminating information, providing environmental education, and critically monitoring actions at the national and regional levels to address environmental concerns.
