الابتكار المالي كآلية لتطوير الصناعة المالية في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن واقع الصناعة المالية المعاصرة في الجزائر ومدى تطورها من خلال استخدامها للنظم والأساليب والمنتجات المالية المبتكرة، وبالتالي مواكبة التطورات المالية الدولية. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الصناعة المالية المبتكرة في الجزائر شهدت نمواً متزايداً من خلال تطور خدمات الصناعة المالية واستخدام تقنيات التكنلوجيا المالية كالبلوكتشين والعملات الرقمية، وجملة الإصلاحات التي قام بها البنك المركزي الجزائري، إضافة إلى تعديل البنية التشريعية لتنمية الابتكارات المالية بالشكل الذي يضمن سلامة الصناعة المالية، وكذا التوجه نحو الابتكار المؤسساتي من خلال الشركات الناشئة المالية. وعلى الجزائر ان لا تهمل أهمية الابتكارات المالية الأخرى كالعملات المشفرة والذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال المالي وأن تعمل على استغلالها بالشكل الذي يضمن سلامة وتطور النظام المالي الجزائري من خلال استحداث قوانين وآليات تنظمها. This study aims to reveal the reality of the contemporary financial industry in Algeria and the extent of its development through its use of innovative financial systems, methods and products, thus keeping pace with the international financial development. This study concluded that the innovative financial industry in Algeria witnessed increasing growth through the development of financial industry services and the use of financial technology technologies such as blockchain and digital currencies, and the reforms carried out by the Central Bank of Algeria, in addition to amending the legislative structure to develop financial innovations in a way that guarantees the safety of the financial industry. As well as the trend towards institutional innovation through financial startups. and Algeria should not neglect the importance of other financial innovations, such as encrypted currencies and artificial intelligence in the financial field, and work to exploit them in a way that guarantees the safety and development of the Algerian financial system through the introduction of laws and mechanisms to regulate them.
