الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز دور الشتات الهندي الكفء في تدعيم صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ببلده، خاصة وان الهند تعتبر من الدول الرائدة في خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات كما انها رائدة في هجرة الادمغة خاصة في هاته الصناعة، اذ تشير التقديرات ان من بين كل ستة متخصصين في تكنولوجيا المعلومات في العالم هناك هندي بينهم. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ان الهند تبذل قصار جهدها لاحتواء المهاجر الهندي الكفء بتوفير كل ما هو لازم لتسهيل مساهمته في تدعيم مسار التنمية في الهند خاصة قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، هذا الأخير استفاد من خبرة الشتات الهندي من خلال الية الشبكات المعرفية لهذا الشتات والهجرة العكسية لبعض من هذا الشتات. The study aims to highlight the role of the efficient Indian diaspora in strengthening the information technology industry in his country, especially since India is one of the leading countries in information technology services and is a pioneer in the brain drain, especially in this industry, as it is estimated that one out of every six IT professionals in The world there is an Indian among them. The study concluded that India is making every effort to contain the competent Indian immigrant by providing everything necessary to facilitate his contribution to strengthening the development path in India, especially the information technology sector. The latter benefited from the strengthening of the Indian diaspora through the knowledge networks mechanism of this diaspora and/or reverse migration to some of this diaspora.
