ملخص: تشكل عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية حلقة حيوية في إعادة تحويل الكائن البيولوجي لفاعل اجتماعي في ظل مجموعة من التحولات و التغيرات السوسيوثقافية، التي تتجسد في كتلة من المؤسسات الاجتماعية التي يقع على عاتقها مسؤولية إنتاج جملة من القيم والمعتقدات والعمل على غرسها بصورة تدريجية في الممارسة الاجتماعية اليومية في ظل حزمة من التماثلات الوظيفية للفاعلين في النسق الاجتماعي التي تتجلى في إطار دينامي تفاعلي، يتركز على أسلوب التلقين المباشر ، وغير المباشر، ويمثل التعليم بمختلف أطواره الحلقة الأهم التي تترجم مخرجات هذه المؤسسات، و التعامل الايجابي مع مختلف المشكلات المطروحة بنوع من المرونة والانسيابية التي تساعد في إعادة تشكيل المقومات الأساسية للعملية بصفة عامة. Abstract: The process of socialization constitutes a vital link in the re-transformation of the biological organism into a social actor in light of a set of transformations and sociocultural changes, which are embodied in a mass of social institutions that bear the responsibility of producing a set of values and beliefs and work to gradually inculcate them in daily social practice in light of A package of functional symmetries of the actors in the social system that is reflected in an interactive dynamic framework, focused on the method of direct and indirect indoctrination, Education in its various phases represents the most important link that translates the outcomes of these institutions, and positively deals with the various problems presented with a kind of flexibility and fluidity that helps in reshaping the basic components of the process in general
