الملخص
ملخص: فكرة حقوق الإنسان قديمة قدم الانسانية،تضمنتها كل الشرائع والقوانين الوضعية، حاول تفسيرها جل المفكرين والباحثين والقادة والزعماء ،وقدموا حولها تصورات ورؤى مختلفة ،لكن يبقى هناك اتفاق وإجماع حول ضرورة أن يتمتع الإنسان بالحد الأدنى من تلك الحقوق لكي يرتقي إلى مستوى الإنسانية، حيث تشكل حقوق الإنسان منظومة متكاملة، غير أن ما يثير لبسا هو تلك الفروقات الإيديولوجية والفكرية بين البشر والتي تؤسس للطوائف والمذاهب والعرقيات، والتي ستثير فيما بعد مشكلة تتعلق بطبيعة حقوق الإنسان في ظل التعدد الطائفي والمذهبي ، وطريقة تعامل الإسلام معها. الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق الإنسان، الطائفية، التأصيل الإسلامي. Abstract: The idea of human rights is as old as humanity, it was included in all laws and man-made laws, most thinkers, researchers, and leaders tried to interpret it, and they presented different perceptions and visions about it, but there remains agreement and consensus about the necessity for a person to enjoy the minimum of those rights in order to rise to the level of humanity, as it constitutes Human rights are an integrated system, but what raises confusion is those ideological and intellectual differences between people that establish sects, sects and ethnicities, which will later raise a problem related to the nature of human rights in light of sectarian and sectarian pluralism, and the way Islam deals with them.
