الأمن الفكري العربي: مقوماته، أبعاده، ومهدداته Arab’s Intellectual Security: Elements, Dimensions, And Threats

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على الأمن الفكري العربي، وذلك بتعريفه وإبراز أهم مقوّماته في الوطن العربي، إضافة إلى التفاعل الحضاري بين المجتمعات لإشاعة قيم السّلام والأمن والاستقرار. أما أبعاد الأمن الفكري العربي فتتمثل أساسا في البعد العقدي الهوياتي، الأيديولوجي، الأخلاقي، والبعد السياسي الذي يتجلّى في التعاون والتكامل بين مختلف الاثنيات والتيارات الدينية، الفكرية، والسياسية داخل المجتمعات العربية بعيدا عن الفكر الإقصائي، وذلك لحفظ أمن وسيادة الدول العربية. أما مهدّدات الأمن الفكري العربي، فأبرزها الانحراف الفكري والتطرّف بصوره المختلفة، والفساد بأنواعه، وانعدام الرقابة الفكرية اللاّزمة، وضعف المناهج التربوية، وتدنّي الظروف التعليمية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتأثيرات وسائل الإعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن الفكري العربي، الأمن الهوياتي، الغزو الفكري، الأمن الثقافي، التهديدات الأمنية. Abstract: This research aims to shed light on Arab intellectual security by defining it and highlighting its most singnificant components in the Arab world, as well as underlying the civilized interaction between societies to spread the values of peace, security and stability. Regarding the dimensions of Arab intellectual security, they are mainly represented in the ideological, moral, doctrinal, and the political dimension, which is reflected in the cooperation and integration between various ethnic, religious, intellectual, and political currents within Arab societies, away from exclusionary thought, in order to preserve the security and sovereignty of Arab countries. Prominent threats of the Arab intelectual security are the intellectual deviation and extremism in its various forms, corruption of all kinds, lack of necessary intellectual oversight, weak educational curricula, poor educational, social and economic conditions, and the influences of the media and social networking sites.
