الملخص
Good governance is considered as a system for managing the affairs of the state and society rationally and ruthlessly in order to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development aimed at preventing corruption combating all its forms, of the last century, where the use of the term widely by international organizations governing, with the aim of achieving sustainable development, as a result of the lack of government sector to achieve that development better, and appeared to demand that governments more control and accountability and to improve management and more responsible policies have been sold and pressure is being exerted on countries to force them to redefine their role in the economic, social and even political spheres. This has led to the involvement of both the private sector and civil society as governing bodies, leading to good governance of the state and the community, Thus, governance has become an integral part of the three pillars of a strategy that responds to the ambitions and aspirations of citizens and is based on transparency, accountability and cooperation for equality and the strengthening of the rule of law and institutions.
