الملخص

.ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض إمكانية تطبيق منهجية Six Sigma في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتحسين جودة خدماتها ومن هنا كان لزاما على المؤسسات الجامعية مواءمة مفاهيم معاصرة لضمان جودة التعليم العالي وتحسين البرامج الإدارية والأكاديمية وأداء الطلبة، وباعتبار أن Six Sigma هي من أهم المداخل المعاصرة في إدارة وضمان الجودة، فإن أهمية هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على ماهية Six Sigma ومنهجيتها وانعكاساتها في تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي مع إبراز أهم الوسائل والإستراتيجيات التي يمكن إتباعها في هذا المجال من التأكد على أهمية التطبيق الناجح لها ومواءمتها وانسجامها من متطلبات العصر الحالي، والتي ينبغي أن تظهر في المخرجات التعليمية وبالتالي على أساسها يمكن تحديد مستوى جودة التعليم العالي.كما استعملنا منهجية méta analyses، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى حداثة تطبيق مفاهيم six sigma في الجامعات، ولا يوجد نموذج واضح يمكن تبنيه، وتوصي الدراسة إلى أهمية استخدام مفاهيم six sigma في الجامعات الجزائرية ،لغرض التحسين المستمر في خدماتها وعملياتها التعليميّة. الكلمات المفتاحية: منهجية Six Sigma، إدارة الجودة الشاملة، الجودة، جودة التعليم العالي. Abstract: This study aims to study the possibility of applying the Six Sigma methodology in higher education institutions and improving the quality of their services, hence, its was imperative for university institutions to harmonize contemporary concepts to ensure the quality of higher education and improve administrative and academic programs and student performance, considering that Six Sigma is one of the most important contemporary approached to managing quality assurance this research came in order to identify what Six Sigma is its methodology and its implications for achieving quality in higher education. Highlighting the most important means and strategies that can be followed in this field with an emphasis on the importance of its succeful application and its harmonization and consistency with the requirements of the current era, which should appear in educational oat comes, on the basis of which the quality of higher education can be determined. results. We have used the meta analysis methods, the findings of this study indicate a recent application of the concepts of Six Sigma at universities, and there is not clear example can be adopted by the universities, This study recommends the importance of using six sigma concepts in Algerian universities, for the purpose of continuous improvement in their services and educational processes.
