حق الطفل المتوحد في التعليم قبل المدرسة

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الضمانات القانونية لحق الطفل بصفة عامة والمتوحد بصفة خاصة في التعليم قبل المدرسة، وإلى بيان مدى مطابقة التشريع الوطني للمواثيق الدولية والإقليمية. وإلى تسليط الضوء على دور التعليم قبل المدرسة في التخفيف من آثار الإعاقة لدى الطفل المتوحد أو إزالتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر واكبت مختلف التشريعات والمواثيق الدولية لإعمال حق الأطفال في التعليم قبل المدرسة، إذ يعد من أهم وأنفع ما يمكن تقديمه لهم، إلا أنه لم يلق الاهتمام الكافي، مما يؤدي إلى الإخلال بمبدأ المساواة في التعليم، وإلى مضاعفة الآثار السلبية على كل جوانب حياتهم. Abstract: The study aimed identify the legal guarantees of the right of the child in general, and the autistic child in particular, to pre-school education, and to demonstrate the extent to which national legislation conforms to international and regional covenants. And to shed light on the role of pre-school education in mitigating or eliminating the effects of disability in an autistic child. The study concluded that Algeria has kept up with various international legislation and conventions for the implementation of the right to pre-school education, which is one of the most important and useful things that can be provided to them, but it did not receive sufficient attention, leading to a violation of the principle of equality in educational opportunities, and causing a multiplying negative impact on all aspects of their lives
