Résumé
Within this research, we will seek to provide a critical vision of Axel Honneth perception of the issue of capitalism as a global economic system and the extent of its impact on the social and relational aspect of individuals in modern and contemporary Western societies, and what it has led to from many social pathologies such as individualism and objectification. And how did Axel Honnet wager on the need to replace this system with the socialist system by rethinking it again according to his philosophical perception of the concept through his return to a number of important historical facts such as the French Revolution and a group of prominent thinkers who bet on the importance of this system as conducive to social equality because it carries Within it are the concepts of brotherhood, tolerance, and equality, which are basic concepts in the French Revolution. Therefore, Honneth bets on reviving this system again and abandoning its capitalist counterpart, as it contributes to the dissemination of a number of human concepts that were absent from the capitalist system.
