الملخص
العدالة لا تنفصل عن فكرة حقوق الانسان انطلاقا من كونها استحقاق أساسي للإنسان نابع من جدارته كانسان بالتمتع بمجموعة من الحقوق الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و السياسية ، و هي حقوق أساسية من حقوق الانسان و جزء لا يتجزأ منها ، و هذا ما أكده الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان و المواثيق و الاتفاقيات الدولية ، و العدالة حسب راولز تفهم في عدالة التوزيع و اعادة توزيع مختلف الثروات و الخيرات بمعنى العدالة كإنصاف تركز على البعد الاجتماعي " العدالة التوزيعية "، فيحين أكسل هونيث تجاوز هذا الطرح ، بالتركيز على عدالة تنطلق من الاعتراف بالشخص الانساني كشرط لتحقيق العدالة تحقيقا لما يسمى " عدالة الاعتراف" . Justice is inseparable from the idea of human rights, based on the fact that it is a basic human entitlement stemming from his ability as a human being to enjoy a set of social, economic and political rights, which are basic human rights and an integral part of them, and this is what is confirmed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the covenants. And international agreements, and justice according to Rawls is understood in distributive justice and the redistribution of various wealth and goods in the sense of justice as fairness that focuses on the social dimension, “distributive justice,” while Axel Honneth went beyond this proposal, by focusing on justice that stems from the recognition of the human person as a condition for achieving justice. For what is called “justice of recognition”.
