الملخص

في هذه المداخلة نحاول التعريف بالمشروع المجتمعي للجزائر الجديدة الذي يهدف لتعزيز مساهمة المجتمع المدني في الحكم الراشد، بإعتباره حلقة وصل بين المجتمع والدولة من خلال السياسة الوطنية الجديدة للدولة الجزائرية والتوجه السياسي للسلطة الحاكمة في البلاد ، بإعتمادها على آليات عملية تسمح لمؤسسات المجتمع المدني ومختلف فعالياته، بالمشاركة الفعّالة في العمل الجمعوي في إطاره المنظم والقانوني من خلال دعم الخدمات التي يمكن أن يقدمها المرصد الوطني الجزائري للمجتمع المدني والأدوار التي يمكن أن يقوم بها ، مما يؤهله لأن يكون شريكا فعالا يعتمد عليه في ممارسة الديمقرطية التشاركية مع مختلف الإدارات المحلية والوطنية ، وبذلك يساهم في التحولات الكبيرة التي تعرفها الجزائر في الشأن التنموي المحلي و الجهوي أو الوطني أو الدولي . Abstract : In this intervention, we try to introduce the societal project of the new Algeria, which aims to enhance the contribution of civil society to good governance, as a link between society and the state through the new national policy of the Algerian state and the political orientation of the ruling authority in the country, relying on practical mechanisms that allow civil society institutions and its various actors, to participate effectively in associative work within its organized and legal framework. By supporting the services that the Algerian National Observatory can provide to civil society and the roles it can play, which qualifies it to be an effective and reliable partner in the practice of participatory democracy with various local and national administrations, thus contributing to the great transformations that Algeria is witnessing in local, regional, national or international development affairs.
