الملخص
نظام الحماية الإجتماعية في الجزائر يمثل سياسة الدولة الإجتماعية التي تحاول مساعدة الأفراد والأسر، خاصة الفئات الفقيرة والأكثر إحتياجا في المجتمع، بدعمهم بكل الإمكانيات والوسائل المتاحة لمواجهة الأزمات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية، وعليه الجزائر تبذل مجهودات كبيرة في مجال تحسين الحالة الإجتماعية للفئات المحتاجة، من خلال توفير متطلبات رعاية وتأهيل من هم بحاجة لمساعدات دائمة، مثل رعاية الأيتام ورعاية الأحداث ورعاية المسنين، من خلال برامج الحماية الإجتماعية، وبرامج الدعم والتمويل الإجتماعي، وتمويل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وإعانة زواج للأيتام، والتمويل الإجتماعي والأسري، وبرامج الدعم السكني، وخدمات التقاعد والتأمينات الإجتماعي وخدمات حماية الأسرة وبرامج الدعم والتمويل للباحثين عن عمل، ويتم تحقيق هذه الجهود من خلال تكامل نظام الحماية الإجتماعية وِفق إستراتيجيات تهدف لإستقرار المواطنين وتحسين جودة حياتهم، ودعمهم المستمرعلى مستوى إقتصادي وإجتماعي ونفسي، للوصول إلى بناء مجتمعي مستقر وسليم في مكوناته الإجتماعية. Abstract The social protection system in Algeria represents the state's social policy that tries to help individuals and families, especially the poor and most needy groups in society, by supporting them with all available capabilities and means to face social and economic crises, and therefore Algeria is making great efforts in the field of improving the social situation of the needy groups, by providing the requirements for the care and rehabilitation of those in need of permanent assistance, such as orphan care, juvenile care and elderly care, through social protection programs, support programs, social financing, and financing Persons with disabilities, marriage subsidy for orphans, social and family financing, housing support programs, retirement services, social insurance, family protection services, support and financing programs for job seekers, and these efforts are achieved through the integration of the social protection system according to strategies aimed at stabilizing citizens and improving their quality of life And their continuous support at the economic, social and psychological levels, to reach a stable and sound community building in its social components.).
