الملخص
شهد الربع الاخير من القرن العشرين تطر تكنولوجي مس مختلف القطاعات والذي عزز من مرونة وسهولة التواصل بين مختلف المؤسسات وفرض على الإنسان الكثير من المصطلحات الجديدة والمفاهيم المستحدثة وقدم للبشرية منظومة جديدة في وسائل الاتصال التي انتهجها العصر الذي سبقه. ان التطور من عصر إلا أخر سبب في ما تفرزه التكنولوجيا من وسائل وبرامج حديثة وظروف حياتية قد تطرأ على الحياة العملية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية وخاصة مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز، حيث شكلت نمط جديد للعمل الذي عرفته المؤسسات الاقتصادية بعيدا عن الشكل التقليدي، من خلال التوجه الى استخدام الحاسب والانترنت، وشبكات الاعمال، وأنظمة وبرامج معلومات مكنت من تحقيق الكفاءة العالية وجودة الخدمات The last quarter of the 20th century has witnessed a technological development that has affected different sectors, which has improved the flexibility and ease of communication between different institutions and imposed on man many new terms and concepts developed and has provided mankind with a new system in the means of communication which had been adopted in previous epochs. The continuous development of the epochs causes what technology produces in terms of modern means and programs and new conditions of life that occur in the practical life of economic institutions in general, and in particular of the Electricity Distribution Company and of gas, in which technological development has contributed to the formation of a new model that differs from the traditional form, and this thanks to the tendency to use computers, the Internet, corporate networks, information systems and the programs have contributed to achieving high efficiency and quality of services
