الملخص
ملخص: يعد مشكل الحصول على العقار الصناعي الموجه للاستثمار أحد أبرز التحديات التي تقف أمام المستثمرين والمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، بناء على عدة تقارير وطنية ودولية، ورغم الترسانة القانونية المؤطرة له، ورغم جهود الدولة في إيجاد صيغ مناسبة لتوفيره في المناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاط، وتنظيمه وتهيئته من أجل تسهيل عملية الاستثمار وإحداث التنمية الاقتصادية، إلا أنه مازالت هناك جملة من المعوقات القانونية والإدارية تحول دون الحصول على العقار الذي يمثل الأرضية التي يتجسد فيها أي مشروع استثماري. كلمات مفتاحية: العقار ، الاستثمار ، العقار الصناعي ، الامتياز،المناطق الصناعية. Abstract The problem of obtaining industrial property for investment is one of the most important challenges facing investors and economic traders, according to several national and international reports, despite the legal arsenal that surrounds it and despite the efforts of the State to find appropriate formulas to provide it with industrial zones and business zones, and to organize and prepare it in order to facilitate the process of investment and the creation of economic development, however , there are still a number of legal and administrative obstacles that prevent the obtaining of real estate, which represents the ground on which any investment project is embodied.
