الملخص
ملخص: يتطرق هذا المقال إلى النسق المضاميني للبنية النظرية و المفهمية و المنهجية الأداتية لمراحل تطور علم الإجرام ذو الصبغة السوسيولوجية و المعروف أكثر بسوسيولوجيا الانحراف و الجريمة ،و ذلك بالتركيز على تطور هذا الحقل المعرفي التقاطعي "العابر للتخصصات" في الفضاء الجغرافي الفرنكوفوني المتباين و المتمثل في الباراديغم الكندي الفرنكوفوني المتمركز في "مقاطعة كبيك" خاصة والباراديغم الفرنسي ،فبالرغم من التشارك التاريخي و اللغوي بينهما إلا أن المنطلقات المعرفية و الإبستيمولوجية والسوسيوتاريخية تختلف اختلافا جذريا بينهما،كما أنهما سلكا و أسسا لمسارين علميين متصارعين من أجل أحقية و أسبقة التأسيس "سابقا" و الريادة " حاليا" و الهيمنة العلمية و الأكاديمية في مختلف المؤسسات العلمية الأكاديمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: علم الإجرام ،علم الضحايا، علم الإجرام الإكلينيكي،علم الإجرام الإمبريقي،علم الإجرام المقارن، باراديغم. *** Abstract: This article deals with the contextual system of the theoretical, conceptual, the methodological instrumental structure of the criminology development phases, as a sociological nature, more known as the sociology of delinquency and crime. Through focusing on the development of this cross-disciplinary field of knowledge in the differentiated Francophone geographical space represented by the Canadian Francophone Paradigm based in the Quebec province and the French Paradigm. Despite the historical and linguistic sharing between them, the cognitive, epistemological and socio-historical grounds differ for both .However, they proceeded and established two conflicting scientific paths about the eligibility and priority of establishment, leadership and dominance in the various scientific / academic institutions.
