عصرنة نشاط المحافظة العقارية بالتقنية الالكترونية

الملخص
في إطار الإصلاحات الجذرية التي عرفها التشريع العقاري في ظل التوجهات الجديدة لنظام الشهر العيني الذي يخضع لرقابة المحافظة العقارية من خلال إظهار دورها في عملية الحفظ العقاري في عصر التكنولوجيا وعالم الرقمنة للتيسير الإلكتروني من أجل عصرنة نشاط الإدارة لضمان الائتمان العقاري ،حيث تواجه المحافظة العقاري تحديات عديدة بسبب التطورات التكنولوجية التي وفرتها وسائل الإعلام والاتصال خاصة شبكة الإنترنت من خلاله تزايدت ثورة المعلومات وعلى اثارها تم تحويل نشاطات المحافظة من الأساليب التقليدية إلى النشاطات الإلكترونية لغرض مواجهة المشاكل القانونية والتقنية وكذا الإجرائية لإيجاد أنWithin the Framework of the radical reformes defined by real estate legislation in light of the new trends of the in-kind month system which is subject to the control of the real estate governorate by showing its role in the real estate preservation process in the age of technology and the digital word of electronic management in order to modernize the management ‘s activity to ensure real estate credit where the real estate governorate faces many challenges due to the technological developments provided by the media and communication especially the internet through which the information revolution has increased ,and on its effects the activities on the conservative have been converted from traditional methods to electronic activities for the purpose of facing legal technical and procedural problems to find new service patterns order to devote the pillars of trust ,reassurance and stability of real estate transactions ماط خدماتية جديدة من أجل تكريس دعائم الثقة والاطمئنان واستقرار المعاملات العقارية.
