الملخص
إن تشعب أعمال المنظمة وكُبر أحجام المؤسسات وتنامي متطلباتها وتعقدها، بإلإضافة إلى تنوع العلاقات الداخلية وتشابكها وتأثرها بالبيئة الخارجية من مؤثرات إجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية وثقافية، جعل من المنظمات أن تركز على مختلف النشاطات التي من شأنها أن تدفع بالأمام لصالح هذه المؤسسات، ومصطلح القيادة الإدارية هي من بين هذه يعالج بحثنا هذا القيادة إلادارية بدأ بالمفهوم ثم مرورا بالنظريات التي أشارت إلى القيادة الإدارية نجد نظرية السمات ونظرية الموقف والنظرية التفاعلية The complexity of the organisation's work, of the institutions and the growing requirements and complexity, in addition to the diversity of internal relations and their intertwining and their impact on the external environment in terms of social, economic, political and cultural influences, made the organizations to focus on the various activities that would push forward in favor of these institutions, and the term administrative leadership is from Among these, our research deals with administrative leadership, beginning with the concept, then passing through the theories that referred to administrative leadership, we find the theory of traits, the theory of attitude, and the theory of interaction.
